Sweet & Salsa Sirloin Salad

Ingredients

4-6 servings

4 cups cooked wild rice
¾ cup raisins
¾ cup shredded coconut
8 green onions, thinly sliced
1 cup thinly sliced celery
½ cup chopped cilantro
1 cup Crystal Farms® Finely Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 lb sirlion, grilled, thinly sliced

Dressing (whisk together):
¾ cup Mild Salsa
¼ cup canola oil
salt and pepper, to taste


Cooking Directions

In large bowl, toss salad ingredients, except sirlion. Add dressing; toss. Top with sirloin. 4-6 servings.
