KIELBASA 'N PEPPER PASTA
6 servings

8 oz. uncooked linguine
1 tbsp. butter
3 medium green, red, and/or yellow bell peppers, cut into strips
1/2 medium red onion, sliced
1 (1-lb.) turkey kielbasa ring, sliced
1/3 cup chopped fresh herbs (basil, sage, parsley) or 1 tbsp. dried herbs
1 1/2 cups Crystal Farms¨ Shredded Marble Jack Cheese

Cook linguine according to package directions; drain and keep warm. Meanwhile, in Dutch oven, heat butter over medium-high heat until melted. Add peppers and onion; cook and stir 5 minutes or until just tender. Stir in sausage. Cook, stirring occasionally, about 4 minutes or until heated through. Toss vegetables, herbs, and sausage with hot linguine and cheese.
