Tangy Teriyaki Philly Cheese SteakQuick and Easy Ready in Time: 15 minutesIngredients4 servings 1 tablespoon canola oil 1 small red or green bell pepper, cut into thin slices 1 small onion, thinly sliced ½ pound sliced deli roast beef, coarsely chopped 2 tablespoons thick steak sauce 1 tablespoon teriyaki sauce 12 ounces French bread, split 4 ounces Crystal Farms® Chunk Marble Jack Cheese, cut into small cubes
Cooking DirectionsHeat broiler on HIGH. Heat oil in 10-inch nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add peppers and onions. Cook, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are soft. Stir in roast beef. Meanwhile, stir together steak sauce and teriyaki sauce in small bowl. Cut French bread into 2 (6-inch) loaves. Separate and place, cut side up, on large cookie sheet. Spread sauce evenly over each piece of bread. Mound beef mixture over each piece of bread. Top with cubes of cheese. Broil, with tops of sandwiches 4 to 6 inches from heat, 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese is melted. |
