Sizzling Blue Cheese Steak

2 teaspoons Montreal steak seasoning 1 tablespoon butter or margarine 1 small onion, thinly sliced 1 ½ cups thinly sliced mushrooms ½ teaspoon salt 1 cup grape tomatoes, cut in half 1/3 cup Crystal Farms® Crumbled Blue Cheese
Cooking Directions
Heat gas or charcoal grill*. Rub seasoning on both sides of each piece of sirloin. Place sirloin on grill. Cook, turning as needed, 9 to 11 minutes or until sirloin is desired doneness. Meanwhile, melt butter in 10-inch nonstick skillet. Cook onions, stirring frequently, 2 to 3 minutes or until onions are softened. Add mushrooms. Continue cooking until vegetables are lightly browned and tender. Season with salt. Stir in tomatoes and blue cheese. Serve sirloin topped with blue cheese mixture.
* To broil: Heat broil on high heat. Place sirloin on broiler pan. Broil with top of meat 4 to 6 inches from heat. Broil 10 to 12 minutes, turning as needed, or until desired doneness.
