Chicken Cordon BleuQuick and Easy Ready in Time: 15 minutesIngredients4 servings 2 tablespoons Ranch dressing 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard 4 (4 to 5 ounces each) boneless skinless chicken breast halves Dash salt 1 tablespoon canola oil ¼ pound thinly shaved honey baked ham 4 (about 1 ounce each) Crystal Farms® Deli Sliced Swiss Cheese
Cooking DirectionsLine baking sheet with aluminum foil; spray with nonstick cooking spray. In small bowl stir together Ranch dressing and mustard. Set both pan and sauce aside. Place one chicken breast between sheets of waxed paper. Pound until chicken breast is ¼-inch thick. Repeat with remaining chicken. Season chicken with salt. Heat oil in 12-inch nonstick skillet on medium high. Add chicken. Cook 5 to 7 minutes, turning once, until chicken is browned and no longer pink inside. Heat broiler on HIGH. Place chicken on prepared baking sheet. Brush both sides of chicken with dressing mixture. Mound sliced ham on top of each chicken breast. Top each with 1 slice cheese. Broil, with top of chicken 4 to 6 inches from heat, 2 to 3 minutes until cheese is melted. |
