Spicy Jack Skillet Lasagna

On A Budget

In just under $3.50 per serving this stove top lasagna an economical easy to make one-dish-meal.

Ingredients

4 servings

3 cups (9 ounces) uncooked dried mini lasagna noodles (Mafalda)
1 pound lean ground beef
½ cup chopped green bell pepper
1 ½ cups sliced mushrooms
1 jar (26 ounces) spaghetti sauce
6 ounces Crystal Farms® Pepper Jack Cheese, cut into small cubes


Cooking Directions

Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. Meanwhile, brown ground beef and green pepper in 12-inch nonstick skillet.  Drain grease. Add mushrooms; cook 2 to 3 minutes.  Reduce heat to low.  Stir in spaghetti sauce and cooked pasta.  Cook until heated through.  Stir in cheese.
