8 oz. ground turkey 1 small onion, chopped 2 tsp. chili powder 1/2 cup red or green salsa 1 (15-oz.) can whole kernel corn with peppers, drained 6 (8-inch) flour tortillas, warmed 1 1/2 cups (6 oz.) Crystal Farms® Shredded Reduced Fat Marble Jack Cheese
Cooking Directions
In large skillet over medium-high heat, cook turkey and onion until turkey is no longer pink; drain. Stir in seasoning, salsa, and corn. Cook 2 minutes or until heated through. Spoon turkey mixture into warm tortillas with cheese; fold over. Serve immediately with additional salsa, cilantro leaves, and low-fat sour cream, if desired.
