Turkey & Cheddar Foccacia Panini

Meals For Two


Ingredients

2 servings

8 ounces (about one-half) herb or cheese foccacia*

¼ cup Ranch dressing

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

¼ pound sliced smoked turkey

1 small tomato, sliced

¼ cup thinly sliced red onion

2 slices (about 1 ounce each) Crystal Farms® Deli Sliced Sharp Cheddar Cheese

 

Cooking Directions

Heat Panini grill or counter top grill** on medium heat.  Cut foccacia bread into two pieces; split each piece in half.  Stir together Ranch dressing and mustard in small bowl.  Spread mixture onto cut sides of each piece of foccacia. Divide turkey, tomato, onion and cheese on bottom half of each sandwich.  Top with top slice of foccacia. Grill sandwiches 4 to 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and sandwich is toasted.  

 *Grocery store bakeries offer a variety of par-baked foccacia in either a round or rectangular loaf.  Any flavor would work well for this Panini sandwich.

 

**If you do not have a grill available, prepare sandwiches in 10-inch nonstick skillet.  Heat 1 tablespoon butter over medium heat.  Cook sandwiches, turning once until cheese is melted.
