Individual Thai Chicken Pizza

Ingredients
2 servings
- 2 (6-inch) individual prebaked Italian pizza crusts
- 2 tablespoons bottled Thai peanut sauce

2 teaspoons sesame or canola oil

8 ounces boneless skinless chicken breast halves, cut into 1-inch pieces

¼ cup finely chopped red bell pepper

¼ cup matchstick carrots

2 tablespoons chopped peanuts

1 tablespoon finely chopped green onions
Cooking Directions
Heat oven to 425° F. Place pizza crusts on ungreased baking sheet. Spread 1 tablespoon Thai sauce on top of each crust. Heat oil in medium nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken. Cook chicken, stirring occasionally, until no longer pink. Divide chicken onto each pizza crust. Top each with red bell pepper, carrots, peanuts, Crystal Farms® cheese and green onions. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until cheese is melted.
