Ground Turkey Nacho SaladMeals for Two Ingredients2 servings ¼ cup Ranch dressing 6 teaspoons taco seasoning mix 8 ounces ground lean turkey ½ cup frozen corn niblets, thawed 2 tablespoons water 4 cups chopped lettuce or salad greens 1 small tomato, cut into wedges 1 cup nacho-flavored tortilla chips, crushed ½ cup Crystal Farms® Finely Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Cooking DirectionsIn small bowl stir together Ranch dressing and 1 teaspoon taco seasoning. Set aside. Brown turkey in 10-inch nonstick skillet. Reduce heat to low; add corn. Cook 5 minutes. Stir in 5 teaspoons taco seasoning and water. Stir until sauce starts to thicken. Divide salad greens equally onto two dinner plates. Top with cooked turkey mixture and tomatoes. Drizzle with salad dressing. Top with tortilla chips and cheese. |
