Cobblestone Pizza Bake

1 lb. lean ground beef 1/2 lb. bulk Italian sausage 1 (15-oz.) can pizza sauce 2 (12-oz.) tubes refrigerated buttermilk biscuits 1 (8-oz.) can mushroom pieces and stems, drained 1/2 cup thinly sliced green and red bell pepper 2 cups (8 oz.) Crystal Farms® Finely Shredded Pizza Blend Cheese
Cooking Directions
Heat oven to 400º. Grease 13x9-inch baking dish. In large skillet, cook beef and sausage until browned; drain well. Stir in sauce. Cut biscuits into fourths with scissors; place in baking dish. Top with meat mixture, mushrooms, and bell peppers. Bake, uncovered, 25 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 5-10 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
