Buffalo Chicken Pizza

Ingredients

4 servings

1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast halves, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
¼ cup buffalo wing sauce
1 package (14 ounces) prepared original Italian pizza crust
1 can (8 ounces) pizza sauce
½ cup finely chopped celery
½ cup matchstick cut carrots
½ cup Crystal Farms® Crumbled Blue Cheese
1 ½ cups (6 ounces) Crystal Farms® Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Cooking Directions

Heat oven to 450° F.   Heat oil in 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken, stirring occasionally, until no longer pink.  Remove from heat; stir in buffalo sauce. Meanwhile, place pizza crust on large baking sheet.  Top with pizza sauce.  Place cooked chicken and buffalo sauce evenly over crust.  Top with celery, carrots, blue cheese and mozzarella cheese. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
