Potato, Ham & Cheese ScrambleBreakfast
Ingredients4 servings 2 tablespoons canola oil
½ cup chopped green bell pepper
1 cup fully cooked cubed ham
¼ teaspoon seasoned salt
6 eggs, slightly beaten
¼ cup milk
¼ teaspoon hot pepper sauce
Cooking DirectionsHeat oil in12-inch nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add Simply Potatoes®, green peppers and ham. Cover; cook for 12 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are golden brown. Sprinkle with seasoned salt. Reduce heat to medium-low. Stir together eggs, milk and hot pepper sauce in medium bowl; pour into skillet. Cooking, stirring occasionally, until eggs are set but still moist. Remove from heat; sprinkle with cheese. Cover and let stand until cheese is melted.
